The “PELTOR OPTIME” noise-canceling headband ear
protector is designed to protect against noise
levels up to 105dBA. It features optimized mass
and volume with a unique ‘double wall’
noise-canceling shell design (two shells
connected by the inner foam layer) to improve
noise reduction across the bass range. and high
frequencies. The durable stainless steel headband
resists bending and warping, and it distributes
weight to provide a low-pressure fit. The
lightweight headband works in concert with the
articulation points of the noise-canceling cups
that tilt to maximize user comfort. The ear muffs
feature soft, liquid-filled and foam-filled
sealing pads that comfortably conform to the
shape of the head to provide a tight barrier that
effectively blocks noise.
