The APEX is a 3-action swivel pulley that can be opened with one hand. Its sturdy latch is operated by three distinctive actions: rotating the latch, pressing the latch, and rotating the side plate. To engage the lock and secure the rope, simply close the side plate.

When unlocked swivel side plates gives you the flexibility to place the pulley anywhere in your system.
The swivel eye can accommodate up to 3 carabiners.
