REEVE Petzl – Carriage pulley for rescue on a tensioned highline

The REEVE Petzl® carriage pulley for rescue, ideal for rescuers and arborists. Compact and versatile, it simplifies rescue systems on zip lines.

Reeve Petzl carriage pulley is essential equipment for arborists. This innovative pulley combines two large-diameter sheaves with an anchor multiplier, providing an efficient solution for setting up rescue systems on zip lines.

Thanks to its compact size, the REEVE pulley reduces the number of connectors used and lowers the system's height, ensuring quick and simplified installation. The two large-diameter sheaves with sealed ball bearings guarantee exceptional efficiency during movements. Multiple connection holes allow the direct passage of ropes, straps, and carabiners, offering maximum flexibility in system organization.

The advantages of the REEVE pulley are numerous, including a triple-action opening of the mobile side plates, red visual indicators to indicate correct locking, the ability to prepare the system before installing it on the main rope, and the capability to double the system by juxtaposing two REEVE pulleys.

It can also be used in a hauling system, with 19 mm holes allowing the flipping of most carabiners. The row of odd-numbered connection holes facilitates centering and balancing of the system, allowing simultaneous use by up to three people. Petzl's REEVE moving pulley is the versatile solution for safe and secure movement and rescue operations.
