The Portable Winch® PCW-4000-A pulling winch integrates the Honda GX50 engine that can tilt 360 degrees and a progressive capture system.
This pulling winch model features a centrifugal clutch that engages during rope traction: the more you pull, the more fuel the engine receives. When tension on the rope decreases, the drum stops rotating, and the SCP (Progressive Capture System) effortlessly holds the load. A simple lateral movement releases the rope, ensuring easy and secure load handling.
Powered by the Honda GX50 4-stroke engine, which can be tilted 360 degrees, this pulling winch delivers reliable performance and an impressive pulling capacity of 1,000 kg (2,200 lb). By adding a dual pulley system, you can increase the winch's capacity by up to five times, reaching a total pulling capacity of 5,000 kg (11,000 lb).
This version with accessories provides a complete solution for pulling and moving loads in the field. The included accessories allow you to take full advantage of the PCW4000's pulling capacity and adapt the winch to different work configurations. The pulley system can significantly increase the pulling capacity while maintaining the versatility and portability of the winch.
Furthermore, none of Portable Winch®'s capstan winches have a rope length limit. It is worth noting that the SCP system is specific to the PCW4000 because of its centrifugal clutch, which is an essential component of this model and is not present in other models such as the PCW3000-Li, PCW3000, and PCW5000.
